from 1997 to 2017, she worked as a nursing specialist in the Department of Surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, responsible for gastrointestinal care, wound care, and pediatric incontinence care.
From 2017 to 2020, she served as the ward manager of the Department of Surgery at the same hospital.
Main work:
Initiated and participated in numerous nursing and clinical studies. Organized a nurse-led outpatient clinic-the Enterostomy Wound Nurse Clinic (EWNC-)which includes stoma and wound care services for adults and children, as well as incontinence care services for children. A member of the Hong Kong Ostomy Therapists Association (HKETA) and has served as a professional consultant for the Hong Kong Childhood Spina Bifida Support Group since 1997.
Nursing Consultant (Ostomy and Wound Care Specialist) at NTEC Hong Kong. Responsible for managing ostomy and wound care services at all 7 NTEC hospitals, and also conducting urodynamic testing, urinary therapy training, and biofeedback training for children with urinary incontinence. Chair of the NTEC and PWH Wound Management and Pressure Injury Prevention Working Group and also Chair of the Hospital Authority's (2025-2027) ET Specialist Advisory Group.
